With all carpet cleaning one area equals any cleanable space up to 200 square feet; living area and dining area flow through are considered two areas. Areas exceeding 200 square feet will be priced as additional areas. Area rugs are priced separately. There’s a $99.00 job minimum. Portable equipment may be required for some apartments, condos and town-homes with entrances located above ground level. If new services are added while onsite the necessary price adjustments are made at the time of service.
